Staff Pick: Ryan Waxon '12
Her Thoughts: Ever since we hired Ryan in October '09, he has brought his own unique flavor to our happy little A&E staff. In fact, his fresh take on A&E is something we direly needed. Ryan pretty much says what he believes, without concern for those who may (and do) disagree. He makes a decent case for himself in the process. Take this week's article—how many people do you know who go around calling Charlie Sheen "the man"? Not many, because I'm fairly certain Two and a Half Men is the worst and most offensively vomit-inducing garbage that I have ever had the displeasure of seeing on a television screen. But Ryan does it anyway, and he does it with a passion unrivaled by most. Ryan adds character to A&E's staff meetings. Finally, I don't call it a night out unless I run into Ryan outside of PC Mart at 1:00 a.m. and have rambling conversations with him about adopting impoverished orphans.

Staff Pick: Neil Andrew Francisco '10
His Thoughts: It has been a pleasure dealing with all the kids on A&E. We have drama, we have fun, we have everything. When it came down to choosing my favorite staff member, only one name came to mind, and that is the profound Mr. Francisco. He embodies A&E; he has the drama, the fun, and the everything. Well, I don't know about drama, he might not have much of that, but if he does I am sure it is great drama. We are used to Neil's e-mails about late articles, but when it comes to doing his work, we know he will get it done and done well. Neil has never disappointed us and he has been on my list of "cool kids" for a long time (and yes, I have a list of cool kids, and yes, you wish you were on it).
